Prerequisites

You need a provisioned instance from the console and its assigned FQDN.

Connect with TLS

Use your MQTT client with:

• Host: your instance hostname (e.g. abc123.broker.example.com)
• Port: 8883 (typical for TLS; confirm in console)
• TLS: enabled

Authentication roadmap

Client-certificate authentication (mTLS) is planned for a future plan tier. Current onboarding uses TLS-secured endpoints and account-level access via the console.
